Preston

Both teams currently lie on 41 points, making this a very critical “six pointer” in the race for the playoffs. Winning this match will give either side an edge of three points over the other.

Preston seems to be in decent form lately. They last played against Burnley where the match ended in a 0-0 draw, which came on the heels of two back to back wins. At home, they are on an eleven match unbeaten streak in all competitions but have drawn seven of those matches.

Millwall

On the other hand, Millwall last played West Brom and ended the match in a draw 1-1 after suffering a demoralizing 1-5 loss. On a better note, they have now scored in the championship for 10 matches. They were on a good streak just before these hardships where they won four matches in a row. This clearly shows they are capable of coming to the fore to fight for a positive outcome in this match.
