Arsenal 

Arsenal began their current EFL Cup campaign in the Round of 32. In their first match, the Gunners crushed Bolton 5-1 and then confidently defeated Preston 3-0. Mikel Arteta’s team now has an excellent chance of reaching the semifinals of the tournament. The match will take place at their home ground, the Emirates Stadium, which is a significant advantage for Arsenal. This season, they remain unbeaten at home. However, in the last round of the Premier League, the Gunners played to a 0-0 draw against Everton. Arsenal currently sit third in the league table with 30 points, trailing the leader by six points.

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace started their EFL Cup journey from the Round of 64. In the first round, they confidently defeated Norwich 4-0, followed by two hard-fought victories: a 2-1 win over QPR in the Round of 32 and a 2-1 triumph against Aston Villa in the Round of 16. Crystal Palace are in good form, having gone unbeaten in their last five matches. However, an away clash against Arsenal at the Emirates will be an extremely tough challenge, despite the team’s decent form.
